We have high expectations of our tenants and expect our tenants to have high expectations of us.
Our Story
Horizon Properties LLC was established in 2006 with the purchase of our first property. Over the years we have acquired additional homes, all with the same specs. We are local and manage right here in Northwest Arkansas. We pride ourselves on having clean and well-maintained homes and operate in a professional manner. As detailed in our uniform standards of qualifications we desire high-quality tenants with good credit ratings.
High Expectations
We have high expectations of our tenants and expect our tenants to have high expectations of us. Most maintenance requests are addressed within 24 hours.
Pets
Pets are negotiable. Unfortunately our insurance company prohibits us from allowing a few “aggressive” breeds but most are accepted . A $400 pet posit is required but is fully refundable if the home is returned in the same condition as when the tenancy began. An additional $25 per month “pet rent” is required ( total, not per pet).
Deposits
It is our desire to return a deposit in full. To do that we expect to do very little maintenance when you leave and the home is pretty much ready to be re-rented. Deposits are held in a special escrow account at a local bank
Renter’s Insurance
We require renters insurance which can be obtained at a minimal cost from most insurance companies
Cozy
We encourage the use of Cozy to pay rent electronically. You don’t have to worry about mailing the check on time and the service is free to tenants.
